YouthExecutive Council

Serves as the lead youth representative of the organisation. Helps guide the Youth Executive Council, promotes unity and participation among members, supports programme leadership, and represents the organisation at appropriate programmes, events, meetings, and public engagements when called upon. The Youth President must have and maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA and demonstrate strong leadership, responsibility, good conduct, and commitment to the organisation.

Supports the Youth President in leading the Youth Executive Council and assumes the President's responsibilities when necessary. Helps coordinate council initiatives, encourages member involvement, and represents the organisation at appropriate programmes, events, meetings, and public engagements when called upon. The Youth Vice President must have and maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA and demonstrate strong leadership, responsibility, good conduct, and commitment to the organisation.

Keeps the council organised by recording meeting notes, maintaining important information, assisting with announcements, and supporting council communication.

Supports the Secretary with records, meeting notes, attendance, communication, and other administrative duties. Steps in when the Secretary is unavailable.

Provides spiritual support to the council. May lead prayer, scripture, devotionals, and moments of encouragement and should demonstrate Christ-like character.

Leads the youth council's creative and media efforts. Helps produce graphics, promotional content, photos, videos, and digital material. Should already be proficient with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, AI graphic/design platforms, or similar creative software.

Helps create a warm and welcoming environment for members, guests, parents, and visitors. Assists with greetings, registration, welcoming new members, and hospitality during programmes and special events.

Helps plan and organise youth activities, socials, outings, celebrations, special projects, and interactive experiences in collaboration with the leadership team.
